Description
Juniper heaths and thickets formed by Juniperus phoenicea, Juniperus lycia s.l., Juniperus macrocarpa, Juniperus transtagana, Juniperus communis in dune slacks and on dune slopes of the coasts of the boreal, nemoral, steppe, mediterranean or warm-temperate humid zones of the Palaearctic region.

Description
Juniperus phoenicea ssp. lycia thickets of the inner belt of the juniper woods of fixed Mediterranean and Mediterraneo-Atlantic dunes. Well-developed woods and forests are placed in unit B1.7, with the habitat specified by unit G3.9A (B1.7 x G3.9A).
